How do I cancel my trial?

Here at Proven, we want to help you hire more effectively so if you're unhappy with your trial, please reach out via email ( or via phone (844-255-4939) and we'll help fix any issue you're having!

You can also cancel by simply logging in to and finding the "cancel trial" button.  

We'll simply ask you for the reason your leaving which helps us improve for future customers and you'll be all set!


Again, if you have any issues with your Proven trial, please reach out before canceling and we'll do what we can to ensure you're able to hire effectively using Proven!
